Premium Ticket Terms and conditions
PREMIUM TICKET – Change your plans without hassle!
Premium Ticket is a specialized service provided by Biļešu Serviss, designed to enhance customer satisfaction and security by offering a refund option under specific conditions. This service allows ticket buyers to obtain a full refund of the ticket price if they are unable to attend the event due to personal and unforeseen circumstances. This flexibility is particularly valuable for attendees facing unexpected situations such as illness, accidents, or urgent family matters.
The option to select a Premium Ticket is available during the purchase process for all ticket types, except for season and series tickets. It entails an additional fee of 10% of the ticket's price, which is added to the total cost of the ticket, inclusive of VAT. It is important to note that the fee for the Premium Ticket service is non-refundable and does not apply to the refund claim within the framework of the Premium Ticket.
Premium Tickets remain valid until the event date as indicated on the ticket itself, and they can be added directly to the webshop shopping cart at the time of ticket purchase. The service aims to assist ticket purchasers in overcoming unforeseen personal barriers that prevent them from attending the event. For refund claims, the service requires no detailed proof for up to two tickets per purchaser (such as medical certificates or police reports) except in the case of group bookings. However, the service provider reserves the right to request additional documentation or explanations if necessary for a more thorough assessment of the situation. For example, if it is not possible to detertmine if ticket was used for entrance without providing supporting document to prove ticket holders absence in event.
In certain situations, refunds will not be processed, including if the ticket has been used for attending the event, if the event organizer or any other party has already refunded the ticket price, or if the event is canceled or postponed, or if the ticket was canceled due to event-related restrictions or bans, the event organizer is responsible for the ticket refund, and Premium Ticket service provider is not responsible for refunding the ticket price or any related fees.
Refund requests can be submitted after an event has finished up to 30 calendar days following the event date. These claims can be made by sending request e-mail to premium@bilesuserviss.lv. Biļešu Serviss commits to processing these claims within 7 working days from the receipt of all required information. Should a refund claim be approved, the ticket buyer will be reimbursed the full amount paid for the ticket, except the Premium Ticket service fee.
Biļešu Serviss continuously updates and modifies the terms of the Premium Ticket service as needed to align with customer needs and industry standards. Any changes to the service terms will be promptly published on the Biļešu Serviss website and will apply to all transactions made following the publication of these updates.
