PURCHASE OF TICKETS BY BANK TRANSFER
To purchase tickets by transfer, a request must be sent to SIA “BIĻEŠU SERVISS” e-mail rezervacijas@bilesuserviss.lv. You can download the request form HERE. An electronically submitted request is processed within one business day, following the order of the submitted requests. SIA "BIĻEŠU SERVISS" does not guarantee immediate reservation upon receipt of the request! After processing the request, SIA BIĻEŠU SERVISS prepares and sends the invoice. Payment of the invoice must be made within 3 working days from the date of issue of the invoice.
Fee for receiving tickets:
Delivery in Latvia - 8.54EUR, delivery worldwide 13.00-77.00EUR (Price includes 21% VAT) Omniva parcel terminal (within Latvia) (Price 2.87 + VAT 21% 0.63) (3.50 €)

Billing:
If the payment is made through A / S "Swedbank", SIA "BIĻEŠU SERVISS" receives the payment within one business day, if through other banks, then within two business days.
Receiving Tickets:
You will receive I-tickets to the e-mail address provided by you, on the next working day after receiving the paymentOmniva parcel terminal (within Latvia) Your purchase will be sent within 7 working days to your chosen parcel terminal. You will receive an SMS and email inviting you to pick it up.
The courier service delivers the tickets on the third working day after the payment.
Courier service is available on weekdays from 10:00 to 16:00, the delivery address must include the door code and the contact person. If the courier service cannot deliver the tickets to the customer at the specified address within the specified time, the tickets are returned to SIA BIĻEŠU SERVISS office (courier service fee is not refunded), where the customers can receive them.
After receiving the ordered tickets for the event, the contact person must provide a copy of the invoice issued by SIA BIĻEŠU SERVISS and an identity document (passport or ID-card).
The set deadlines are approximate and SIA BIĻEŠU SERVISS does not take responsibility for delayed ticket delivery, which has occurred as a result of incorrect data submission by customers, or as a result of any 3rd party and circumstances not affected by SIA BIĻEŠU SERVISS.
